Event Details
Three-session Cohort | July 28, 30, & 31 | 10:00 am - 11:00 am
This cohort introduces the building blocks of chatbots: the model, the system prompt, knowledge sources, and optional tools that expand what a bot can do.
Participants design a prototype for internal library workflows (e.g., policy lookup, onboarding, service scripts), then practice testing, troubleshooting, and refining responses.
We emphasize safety and quality controls, including privacy considerations, data handling, and ways to reduce errors.
