Presenter Bio: Johnny Ward is the LinkedIn Account Director supporting the Public Libraries in California as well as the states of Alaska, Hawaii, and Nevada. Including his time with http://Lynda.com , Johnny has been a part of the Learning platform since 2013. Stephanie Isomura is a Senior Customer Success Manager specializing in supporting Workforce and Economic Development Learning initiatives for North America.
