Please join the SJSU School of Information for an online symposium in celebration of Black History Month. The theme is “Making a Successful Entry into the Profession.”

III. Keynote Address (10:05-10:45 am PST) - Elaina Norlin, Professional Development DEI Coordinator, Association of Southeastern Research Libraries

IV. Panel Discussion (11:00-11:40 am PST): Applied EDI in LIS Settings

  • Michael Crumpton – Affiliated Faculty Library & Information Science Department / Interim Dean of the University Libraries
  • Kelvin Watson – Executive Director, Las Vegas-Clark County Library District
  • Dominique Dozier – Student Success Librarian, Santa Clara University
