Does this sound familiar? Your organization is committed to justice and equity, but not everyone is on the same page about what that is.
Imagine everyone on your team talking about what it really means to work for justice for all.
Get help moving from surface DEI talk to real conversations about history, justice, and how to take action.
In this virtual workshop, participants will:
-
Discuss the difference between privilege and power
-
Explore how to center power in equity work on our teams and in communities
-
Receive a tool that can help libraries start conversations about identity and power
-
Preview the Justice at Work in Libraries self-paced course, which will be offered by CALL in October.
