Presenter Bios:

Blake Reagan is a licensed TN attorney who lives in Knoxville, TN. He has a lean six sigma green belt. He has worked at The University of Tennessee for just over 15 years, being promoted multiple times from an entry-level contract reviewer position to his current position of Executive Director of Policy. His most recent position was Director of Procurement Services, which involved extensive collaboration with the UT Knoxville library to make their procurement processes smoother and faster.

Corey Halaychik currently serves as Head of Content Management at the University of Texas at Austin Libraries.Dedicated to pushing the boundaries of his field, Corey's work and research center around enhancing efficiency, fostering teamwork, and honing leadership skills. His passion lies in the continual improvement of library services and operations, paving the way for a more effective and dynamic learning environment. He is the co-winner of the 2018 ACRL ULS Outstanding Professional Development Award and the 2017 ProQuest Coutts Award for Innovation.

Sarah Faye Cohen is the founder of Big Questions Collaborative, a strategy, facilitation, and coaching practice that works with individuals and organizations to sustainably and creatively address pressing issues. Before starting BQC, Sarah spent 20 years in higher education and libraries. She has served as Senior Managing Director at the Open Education Network, Associate University Librarian at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and in multiple roles at Champlain College, Burlington, VT. She is a two time winner of the Association of College and Research Libraries' Excellence in Academic Libraries Award. Sarah is a Co-Active Training Institute coach and holds a certificate from the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Social Impact Strategy where she also serves as a teaching fellow.
