Is your library participating in the California State Library’s free, statewide subscription to Brainfuse’s HelpNow online tutoring service?

Would you like more hands-on assistance in learning how to use, market and assist your patrons with the HelpNow service?

Join Pacific Library Partnership (PLP) in collaboration with the California State Library (CSL) on December 18th at 11 a.m. for a HelpNow drop-in session.  These sessions will help your library maximize the breadth of the Brainfuse database. The topics covered will be determined by what the participants of the session would like assistance with.  We welcome library staff of all levels.  Please send questions to tutoring@plpinfo.org in advance of the drop-in sessions to ensure your suggested topic is discussed
