Learn how to build trust and establish a workplace culture that encourages staff to stay for the long-haul.
Increasing staff retention is not only good for your budget and capacity – it's good for overall morale and workplace culture. This course will cover key areas to ensure you’re building and maintaining a workplace culture that encourages connection, trust, and ultimately, retention. You’ll learn practical ways to create supportive systems that lead with kindness and mitigate burnout, including using clear and direct communication, setting expectations and boundaries, and resolving conflict with empathy. You will leave with theoretical insights, practical strategies, and reflective exercises to develop leadership skills that increase staff retention by fostering a more supportive and effective work environment.
The live kick-off session takes place on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 from 11:00 am-12:30 pm (recordings available) with a 6-module on-demand workshop.
