July 1 - August 11, 2024 | Six-week online course

This course explores the importance and relevance of kindness and well-being in the workplace for people in all roles. You’ll learn principles to look after your well-being, improve the well-being of others, and to create a workplace that is both kinder and more effective in providing service to patrons. We will look at a range of topics, from theories of job demands and personal resources to the future of work.

By understanding the benefits of kindness and well-being at individual, group, and organizational levels, you will learn how to create a healthier and more productive workplace for everyone. Going beyond theory, you’ll explore how to bring tangible changes to your workplace environment to reduce stress and burnout and promote effective personal growth.
