The American Health care system is a complex landscape that can be challenging to navigate. Library staff are in a unique position to provide guidance and resources that empower their individuals and communities to access the care that they need. In this event, staff from Triage Cancer, a non-profit that hosts free educational events on the legal and practical issues that often arise after a cancer diagnosis, will cover essential topics to help you become a more effective advocate for those in need. In partnership with ALA and The LEAF study, registration will be shared to facilitate Continuing Education. This event will take place on Zoom on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 11:30am Pacific.
