CALL is offering this learning with you in mind. For this event you will listen to presentations from speakers such as Kaetrena Davis Kendrick, Michelle Hamiel and Sonia Alcantara-Antoine at your convenience then meet with other participants on the scheduled dates in a discussion facilitated by Dr. Natalie Rae Rencher, former Library Director for Kings County Library.

Presenter:
Dr. Natalie Rae Rencher has 18 years of experience as a library director, with a 40-year career dedicated to transforming library operations and fostering community engagement. She has served as Library Director for Kings County Library for 14 years and held leadership roles at Stockton-San Joaquin County Library, San Diego County Library, San Jose Public Library, San Diego Public Library, and National City Public Library. Skilled in strategic planning, budget management, outreach, programming, facilities management, grant writing, and staff development, Dr. Rencher holds multiple degrees including a master’s in Library Science from San Jose State University, and a doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
