In this six-week course, you will:

  • Build confidence in your effectiveness as a supervisor

This course is approved as covering the Foundations of Library Services competencies for the LSSC program.

Presenter Info: Heidi Dolamore is Vice President of Operations with Library Systems & Services. She began her career in libraries as a circulation clerk and previously served as the Executive Director of Berkeley Public Library and Assistant Director of San Jose Public Library. Throughout her career, she has worked with city and county agencies serving populations ranging from 3,000 to 2.5 million. A first-generation college graduate, Heidi received a Bachelor’s degree in History of Art from Bryn Mawr College and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of British Columbia. Heidi enjoys riding her bike and is learning to play guitar.
