Presenter Bio: Blake Reagan is a licensed Tennessee attorney and he works in higher education at the University of Tennessee system. During his career at the University, Blake has served in various roles at the university. Blake currently serves as the executive director of policy for the university. Previously, Blake served as the director of procurement services for 7 years. During that time, Blake collaborated closely with the UT Knoxville library to build relationships and improve UT’s processes for the libraries. Blake’s primary professional interests are technical writing and process improvements. In his spare time, Blake enjoys exercising, spending time with his family, and volunteering for an animal shelter.
