In this 2-hour crash course, you will learn management strategies that foster a neuroinclusive workplace culture. The course will cover approaches to communication, relationship building, and job coaching that consider a diverse range of employees. For neurodiverse managers, this course will also highlight ways to identify and lean into your strengths and consider your own needs as a manager.
