Program Description

Event Details

Squash the ideals of extroverted, outgoing, or charismatic leadership by combatting the idea to be a model leader you have to be loud. Quiet or introverted leadership challenges the extroverted norms and expectations by promoting a healthy and successful working environment through modesty, humility and action. Learn to focus on individual aspirations and talents, inspiring others through guidance and encouragement, and working with what you have rather than fighting the mold.

By the end of this webinar, the participant will be able to:

  • Become knowledgeable of stereotypes that plague quiet leadership
  • Learn how to accept who you are and what leadership qualities best fit you, especially tailored to those who identify as an introvert
  • Discover qualities of leadership or compassion and understanding
  • Learn how work environments can collaborate and inspire
