Leadership for ALL logo

Leaders are often thought to crave power and attention. But you work best out of the limelight. You may have been thrust into leadership or placed in a position that you didn't anticipant or frankly, never wanted. Discover why being a reluctant leader is often the best leader. Learn how to focus on the qualities that make you the best person for the job.

By the end of this webinar, the participant will learn:

  • How to move through your reluctance and see your strengths
  • How to capitalize on your skills and translate it to leadership
  • Identify and accept what others see in you that put you in this position
  • Overcome the invisible pressure of being a leader
  • Tips on overcoming your fears
