Recognize. Reflect. Reimagine.
Are you facing......
- Increased anxiety or tension because of harm you've experienced at work?
- Exhaustion or overwork due to burnout?
- A decreased sense of empowerment due to a toxic workplace?
- Disconnection from activities and groups that used to bring you joy?
- A lack of joy or clarity in your Life-Work?
Connect with a community and explore your recovery from workplace harm. During The Reset Experience, create a plan for self-preservation with tools and reflections designed to start you on your healing pathway.
As a library worker, you know how important our work is to our communities - and you are also familiar with challenges that come along with that work. If you're dealing with workplace harm, feeling isolated in your experience, and seeking some tools to recover, join the The Reset Experience for exploration and support. You'll leave validated, inspired, and empowered to reclaim your Self beyond the shelves.
