This October, in honor of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, join us for a free webinar designed for staff and leaders in nonprofit and government agencies who serve new or marginalized internet users. As more people come online, the stakes for digital safety rise, and many of those first-time users are among the most vulnerable to scams, fraud, misinformation, and privacy risks. This session will showcase two leading approaches to building digital resilience in underserved communities: digitalLIFT’s “Teach Online Safety” and Internet Safety curriculum — a train-the-trainer model offering practical, adult-learner–friendly modules (on topics such as phishing, identity theft, privacy, malware, and misinformation) and ready-to-use classroom materials. DART Academy (by DART Collective) — an e-learning platform tailored especially for older adults and new digital adopters, which uses immersive, scenario-based learning to help users recognize scams and build stronger digital awareness.
Training Provider: digitalLIFT
Track: online safety
