This workshop explores Kristen Neff’s three key elements of self-compassion – mindfulness, common humanity, and self-kindness – as keys to both resilience and flourishing. Meeting life’s difficulties with self compassion can greatly reduce our suffering and transform the very things we thought would break us into the most resilient and beautiful parts of who we are.
