- Almost nobody tells you when they don't understand you.
- Simplifying skills require unlearning lifelong habits, which isn't easy to do!
It can be the difference between some community members being informed and involved, while others are excluded or overwhelmed.
By the end of this webinar, the participant will be able to:
- Identify and replace words or phrases that your audience may not understand.
- Reduce text by 20-80% without "dumbing down" or removing content.
- Better organize writing to make it easier to quickly read or scan.
- Better use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to efficiently simplify writing.
This webinar is relevant to anyone who communicates with others.
