She teaches grant-writing courses at the University of Washington and San Jose State, and has been a lead grant reviewer of LSTA, state grants, and scholarships at two state libraries. Stephanie is the author of five books, including the ALA bestselling Winning Grants, Second Edition: A How-To-Do-It Manual for Librarians.
